We spent Christmas at this charming hotel and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the city center. The room was very clean and the heating and hot water worked flawlessly. We also appreciated the free complementary water in the room. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. One of the best aspects was the lovely decor, with many unique and individual features.

There were a few negative aspects that we encountered during our stay. there was a lack of parking space and no elevator, which made carrying our luggage up to the 3rd floor a bit of a hassle.

Spacious quiet room and very helpful staff. Simple but nice breakfast. Free mineral water available and we received a free bottle of red wine. 15 minute walk to centre, but through a nice street with shops.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close to a business area with many restaurants and shops. There is also a bus stop nearby. the communal area has a beautiful decor and the rooms are kept clean with working heating and hot water. Guests can enjoy mineral water, tea, and coffee provided in the room, as well as a lovely breakfast with a variety of options. the reception staff is helpful and friendly.

There were some communication issues with the night staff and a rude incident at the front door that spoiled the experience for some guests.

I thought the Avalon was 'different' and fine for a one night stay. I thought it was overpriced for what I would class as a slightly upmarket backpackers hostel. Having said that the staff were very helpful and the breakfast superb so I was not totally dissatified. I would probably not stay again.

Nice hotel but I got a bathroom on the floor and I did not like it. Although they say something about the private bathroom I did nor realize I would have to leave my room to get there:)

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close to both the city center and business area, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the easy parking options. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a nice, quiet area, while still being close to major European cities.

My room did not have air conditioning. I was there in June so that wasn't a problem, but during the hottest part of the summer, I suppose that could be a problem

Perfect location, 2 minutes from bus stops and major subway station. also very close to the Lister Meile pedestrian area, as well as the city park.

Great location and unique design of the rooms make this hotel a great pick for a city break. the rooms are clean and everything works flawlessly. We especially enjoyed the complementary water and the heating system, which kept us warm during the winter time. the hotel was close to the center of town and also had good access to the business area, which was a plus.

There were some negatives to our experience. Interestingly, there were two different wifi names and passwords written down in the room, neither of which worked.
